Darwen Asylum Seeker Refugee Enterprise (DARE) is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting and integrating refugees and asylum seekers into life in the UK. They operate from the Central United Reformed Church on Duckworth Street, providing a safe and welcoming space for those in need.

They offer case work (by appointment) on Mondays between 10:00am – 3:00pm.

An English class on Mondays between 10:00am – 12:00pm

A social drop-in and casework support every Wednesday between 10:00am -3:00pm.

Casework between 9:00am -12:00pm on a Friday at Darwen Family Hub, Lord Street, BB3 0HD

They provide additional support and activities such as family support, food provision and  community events.
