About this venue

The Asylum and Refugee Community (ARC) Blackburn is a charity founded in 2004 that provides practical support to asylum seekers and refugees in Blackburn with Darwen.

ARC is based in Wesley Hall Methodist Church in Blackburn town centre. Access is via the white side door on Paradise Lane.

Parking can be found directly opposite Wesley Hall in the Feilden Street multi-storey car park. They do not offer crèche facilities, but learners are welcome to bring their pre-school aged children with them to Parents’ Class.

ARC Blackburn host drop ins every Tuesday between 11:30am – 2:30pm.

  • Opening Bank Accounts
